Financial and Transport Matters
If you are under 19 years of age when you start, you will not normally have to pay fees for tuition or examinations as outlined in our Charter.
Maintenance grants for Year 11 leavers are now paid through the Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) scheme. Information and application packs are available in schools and colleges. The college also has a small fund available to support students who have financial difficulties.
The college is well served by public transport and, in addition, buses operate on special routes to the college.
