Careers
Information for parents and carers
Here at Prior Pursglove College, we understand the importance of giving students accurate and up to date careers information.
Whether students will be going off to university, looking to gain an apprenticeship or find employment when they leave us, our careers programme aims to support them to make an informed decision about their next steps after college.

Your role
Supporting your young person
We recognise that parents and carers play an important role in supporting students with their future choices. We provide information to help families understand the different progression routes available, including university, apprenticeships, employment and other post-18 options.
Our careers advisers are available to provide individual guidance and help students make decisions based on their interests, skills, aspirations and future goals.
